Brought in my used Honda Element that I had just purchased, and Mario was very helpful in getting it all checked out and fluids drained and replaced. Mario and Tony are both great about making sure that they contact you promptly if any questions come up, and they make sure that you are satisfied. Both are very professional and make the experience a pleasant one. I would not hesitate to recommend Menlo Shell to my friends.

The work was well done (as required by the DMV) and on time. It didn't hurt that I passed the testing.

After visiting my car dealer to determine if I had a nail in my tire and receiving horrible service at my dealer, a friend told me to take my car here. My dealer told me that I likely didn't have a nail in the tire if my detector light was not on at that moment and they made me make a two hour appointment for two days later. I called M-A Shell and was told to come over immediately. They located the nail and plugged the tire within 5 minutes. Dealer Price: 65.00 M-A Shell price: 0.00 Unless it is a warranty issue, I will always bring my car here. Great Service. Could not be happier. I have many friends who bring their high-end vehicles here.

Greatly appreciated the professionalism of Menlo Atherton Auto Repair. Wonderful to be able to make online appointments with quick confirmation over a holiday weekend. Car taken at appointment time. Smog check completed when promised. There is fear of unnecessary, costly repairs during smog checks. I trust M-A Shell in doing a STAR-approved smog check.

Super competent. Local. Didn't expect the car wash like my Lexus dealer provides, but that was a nice touch in addition to the great tires and brakes they added.
