As the company car I was driving was acting temperamental, I made an emergency stop at Menlo Atherton Auto Repair, where Mr. Lucio came to my aid and generously offered to not only check my vehicle to ensure that I would be able to reach my destination safely but also took it for a test drive to troubleshoot and confirm its drivability. He took the time out of his busy day to help me – a complete stranger. And, he did this act of kindness out of the goodness of his heart! My sincere appreciation is extended to Mr. Lucio for his high level of professionalism, caring and genuine customer service, and expertise. I will definitely recommend Menlo Atherton Auto Repair to all of my friends and colleagues!
