My phone and in person interactions with Steven, Ryan, and Omar were very good. When I dropped my car off for its scheduled wheel alignment I asked how long it would be before it was ready. I was told to expect it within a couple of hours. I never received a call from anyone so I called for an update just past the 4 hour mark from leaving it. I was told that the car was still on the rack and that it should be completed within 30 minutes to an hour. Seven minutes later I got a call saying that it was done and ready for pickup. At this point I believe the work done with no problem…however the expected completion time vs. the actual was quite a bit off, as was the communication between the shop floor and the service advisors.

We were very pleased with the efficiency and thoroughness of the service. The staff is friendly and informative, and helpful too. We got our car back quickly and are satisfied with the cost.
